We ship every working day (Mon-Sat) so that you can receive your Petita Petito order as soon as possible. If the item you order is out of stock, we will immediately make for approx. 3-5 working days. Unless it is noted PRE-ORDER then we will need 7-14 working days to make.
INDONESIA
All deliveries within Indonesia are sent with SiCepat/AnterAja/JNE service. Please allow 1-5 working days for orders to arrive. Tracking numbers will be sent through email after orders has been shipped out.
OTHER COUNTRIES
International deliveries are sent with Indonesia Post service. Please allow 5-10 working days for orders to arrive to countries outside Indonesia. We always use trackable courier service for every shipment.
You can also purchase via our Etsy Shop if it is more convenient to you.
Orders to countries outside Indonesia may be subject to import duties and/or taxes, once your package reaches your country. The price displayed at checkout is exclusive of all taxes and duties that may be charged by local customs. The international courier may invoice you for the local taxes and duties, or you may have to talk with local customs to organise payment and release of your package. If an item is held at customs or with the international courier, with no response from you, it will be sent back to us, and the cost of this return postage will be deducted from the refund of the item.
Please contact your local customs bureau for additional tax and duty information and/or local tax estimates.We’ll send you an email to let you know when your package is on the way. Please check your friend/foe filters to make sure admin@petitapetito.com emails make it through.
